Heathy Food

Hi everyone

In order to be healthy we have to eat more vegetable and fruit
to be healthy.Some of the unhealthy food that adult and
children love to eat most are laksa,fried noodle,fried chicken
wing and snacks.you know it is important to eat healthily,
and if you eat too sweet things you will have diabetes
or some other sickens.The benefits of eating fruits and vegetable
is to make you healthy and strong.
